BANYAN BAY; ZOOMING INTO THE FUTURE!

The Banyan Bay Property Owner Association in conjunction with your developer, Chesapeake Realty Partners will hold a Zoom informational meeting on Monday November 9, 2020 at 7 PM on Zoom. This has been a challenging year for all of us as we continue to deal with the Pandemic. However, it is time to get ready to continue to move forward.

The meeting will be on ZOOM in order to be in compliance with the CDC protocols while at the same time giving the residents the opportunity to get the latest information on the continuing development of Banyan Bay.

The representatives from Chesapeake Realty Partners, Jonathan Mayers, President and John Troxell, Director of Development, will be in attendance as well as Shelli Ross, Property Manager and Brian McHale the principal of McHale Property Management.

Zoom gives us the ability to have up to one hundred participants. We will limit each household to one Zoom connection so that all our homes can be represented.

Please submit any questions you have in advance, by Wednesday November 4, 2020 to banyanbaystuart@gmail.com so we can be prepared to answer them in this meeting.

An additional email will be sent on Tuesday November 3 prior to the meeting of Monday November 9 as a reminder and it will contain the Zoom sign in and connection information to attend.
